If you work in Martech PR or AdTech PR, one of the inescapable truths is there’s about to be a lot more noise and a lot less signal within the media space. This applies to clients in the digital media space as well as PR practitioners. And while new AI tools might be adept at helping us to execute and automate tasks, they’re absolutely lousy at building trust.

Trust is a job for people. And in a PR context, earning trust in an era of AI-driven noise requires mastery of the most human forms of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and creative storytelling.
